It has been a while since I've touched these pastels. It seems like forever, and I guess a couple of weeks is forever when one is trying to keep a schedule. The first pastel is too overworked and I could not get in the groove of picking the right colors. The second picture I worked much faster and tried not to labor at it. The photo washed out the painting. I like the way this one turned out, considering my lack of practice. Each piece is approx 10x10 inches.
